Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, in its original packaging with all shrink-wrapping sealed.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Orders@HARDtheDrink.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization ID #, and instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without an assigned authorization ID# will not be refunded.

You can always contact us for any return questions at Orders@HARDtheDrink.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong items.

We have an unspeakable amount of pride in HARD, and we want you to receive your order as we intended.  We need to identify where in transit any damage may have occurred so we can resolve it immediately.  So please contact us first so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We want your experience to be an amazing one!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically opened food items for obvious safety and concerns. That is why only sealed packages can be returned and only with an authorization ID #.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item so a new order # will be generated for you to track properly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund approval status.  If approved, you’ll be refunded your purchase price back to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and we have no control over their policies.
